Privacy Policy

Ocean Currents Cleaning ("we", "us") is a window and exterior cleaning business serving San Diego County. This policy explains what we collect when you ask us for a quote or book a service, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Contact details: your name, phone number, email address and service address.
- Job details: what you tell us about your property and the work you want (for example, number of windows, stories, solar panels), and any instant estimate you request.
- Where your request came from: our website form, or a lead form on one of our Facebook or Instagram ads. For ad forms, Meta tells us which ad and form you used.
- Service records: quotes, appointments, invoices, payments and messages between us.
- Basic site data: our hosting provider records standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To contact you about your request by phone, text or email, give you a price, and schedule and complete the work.
- To send quotes, appointment reminders, invoices and receipts.
- After a job, to ask how we did or let you know when you're due for another cleaning. You can opt out at any time.
We do not sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your request and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. We never share your number or text-messaging consent with third parties for marketing.
Who helps us run the business
We use a small number of service providers who handle data only so we can serve you:
- Cloudflare: hosts our website and customer records.
- Resend: sends our emails.
- Our phone and text provider: sends and receives calls and texts.
- Stripe: processes card payments. We never see or store your full card number.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram): collects ad lead forms. Meta's own privacy policy also applies to information you enter there.
- Google: our business email and Google Business Profile.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and job records for as long as you're a customer and as long as we need them for taxes, warranties and our own records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below), unless we're required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop contacting you. Email info@oceancurrentswindowcleaning.com or call (607) 779-8321. California residents may have additional rights under California law, and we honor those requests the same way.
Security
Our records are protected with access controls, and only our team can see them. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
